Installation

The Penstar team of experienced technicians carry out efficient installation of our systems backed by expert advice.

We guarantee the effective operation of all our systems, subject to the client providing us with correct information.

Our systems are covered by a 12 month on-site warranty which can be extended to 24 or 36 months.

Maintenance

Penstar provides a comprehensive maintenance service for both our own systems and those installed by other companies.

We offer a full breakdown service to deal with emergencies, which includes an out-of- hours call-out service.

We also carry out routine service of equipment such a water treatment systems or sewage pumping stations to maintain the optimum performance of the plant.

Penstar annual maintenance contracts provide clients with routine service followed by seven-day emergency breakdown cover if the need arises.

Penstar technicians and engineers will investigate problems with your system and provide reliable solutions.

System design

Penstar design engineers have many years experience in water and process engineering which enables them to provide cost-effective solutions with particular regard to efficiency and reliability.

All our standard systems include the benefit of our design experience as part of the package.

No heavy sales pressure - just good, helpful sales advice.

In addition, for more complex problems we can carry out a feasibility study and/or provide a full design specification for the client prior to quotation.

Turnkey projects

Penstar provide project management services and can undertake complete projects from conceptual design to commissioning.

Process control

An essential part of any reliable operation is an effective and, as far as possible, automatic control system.

Penstar will make recommendations to maximise the efficiency of any system, implement the modifications or supply control panels, many of which incorporate programmable modules or logic controllers.

For remote or complex plant, Penstar offers a monitoring system to provide remote alarms and can incorporate remote adjustment.
